Booking your stay
The prices for staying at our cottage are below. These are per stay and not per person.

Our check in and out days are Monday and Friday.
Prices
We charge from £99 per night. Please see below.
We accept up to two dogs free of charge. Extra dogs are by agreement and an extra cost.
The security deposit is £100*
A 30% deposit is required to secure each booking and the remaining 70% is due 4 weeks before the booking date.
* the security deposit is refundable and is usually returned 3-5 days after your booking provided there is no loss or damage and the cottage is not excessively dirty or messy requiring a lengthy clean afterwards.

Prices are per night. We will confirm the cost of your stay plus the refundable deposit once you contact us to make the booking.
Payment for the booking is usually by bank transfer.

Please note that we reply to all booking forms within 48 hours. If you have not had a response, please check your spam/junk folder.
Terms and Conditions
- Check in is 14.00 pm
- Check out is 10.30 am Please ensure you leave at or before this time to allow for our cleaners to prepare the property for the next guests.
- If you are unsure how to use anything or there is a problem, you must contact us directly on 07938 370734
- Please only use items in the cottage as they are intended to be used.
- Please keep the cottage clean and tidy. There is a dustbin outside for any rubbish.
- Please note that pets are not allowed on the seats or beds (please ask about this if necessary).
- This is a is a no smoking property.
- Please do not make excessive noise that would disturb other residents.
- We do not have an electric charging point for vehicles at the property and the electrics at the property must not be used for this purpose as they are not designed for this. There is an electric charging point nearby.
- We do not allow the charging of or usage of electric for any vehicles including motorhomes or other such vehicles.
- We also do not allow anyone to stay in a motorhome or such vehicle whilst on the property. The maximum occupancy for the entire property is 4 people.
- The driveway is big enough for 2 normal sized vehicles, however it is a shared drive and the vehicles must stay on our side of the drive. No oversized vehicles will be permitted.
- We ask for a £100 security deposit. This is for damage to the property or the cost of any extra cleaning required above the usual 2-3 hours. Should there be any damage to the property costing in excess of £100 to put right (ie back to the condition the property and its contents were in prior to your booking), we reserve the right to request payment from you for any damage caused.
- Anyone not adhering to the terms and conditions will be asked to vacate the property with immediate effect.
Cancellation
- You can cancel the booking any time up to 4 weeks before the holiday date with a full refund. Any cancellation less than 4 weeks before the booking date will forfeit the deposit amount. If you cancel one week or less before the booking date you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the booking and if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the booking there will be no refund. Cancellations must be made as soon as possible.
